pkgconfig: Fix for cross compilation (#1027)

exec_ and prefix must be overridden  in such a case.

Makes the .pc file more consistent with other projects.

JsonCpp

JSON is a lightweight data-interchange format. It can represent numbers, strings, ordered sequences of values, and collections of name/value pairs.

JsonCpp is a C++ library that allows manipulating JSON values, including serialization and deserialization to and from strings. It can also preserve existing comment in unserialization/serialization steps, making it a convenient format to store user input files.

A note on backward-compatibility

  • 1.y.z is built with C++11.
  • 0.y.z can be used with older compilers.
  • Major versions maintain binary-compatibility.
