Upgrade from trousers 0.3.3 to 0.3.6 and from testsuite 0.2 to 0.3. Change-Id: I2db46ec6163582c193f0ed1302a72e147a0c87db BUG=none TEST=connected to Google-A. Run the test suite with less than 50 errors. Review URL: http://codereview.chromium.org/3581012
