d2db: add spiflash instructions Adding the instructions and a reference in the comment section of the XML file to help the next person who needs to reflash their D2DB. BUG=none TEST=verified by successfully following the described procedure. This repository contains source code and documentation for the Servo debug boards. The tools in this repository require the full CrOS chroot, while the Standalone hdctools can be used without the chroot.
