50-touchpad-cmt-squawks.conf: initial configuration
This patch adds the initial touchpad configuration including the
pressure calibration and disables IIR. The pressure calibration was
done manually with metal probes and firmware test suite.
BUG=chrome-os-partner:26435
TEST=On device; all gestures running smoothly and latency is improved
by disabling IIR.
