Default scaling values are added to Elan Touchpad 40-touchpad-cmt
In order to minimize the pressure calibration, default
values are added to Elan touchpad. It should not have
any effect on the existing devices.

TEST=Manual test on clapper. Did not effect
the pressure calibration
