winky: mosys support winky ram id

mosys don't have winky board ram id.
ram id has 3bits.
1st bit is for ram size. 2 bits are for vendor/type.
ex) 1XX : 2Gbytes (DIMM Count should be 1)
    0XX : 4Gbytes (DIMM Count should be 2)

BUG=chrome-os-partner:30500
TEST=emerge-winky mosys
     run mosys on winky (PV1)
     mosys memory spd print all
     0 | DDR3 | SO-DIMM
     0 | 1-78: Samsung | 00000000 | K4B4G1646Q-HYK0
     0 | 2048 | 1 | 64
     0 | DDR3-800, DDR3-1066, DDR3-1333, DDR3-1600
