intf_list: drop x86 default mmio ops
With x86 devices no longer using MMIO from the SMBIOS type 15 entry
for the eventlog (they use the RW_ELOG region like ARM now), this
means that mmio is no longer needed in mosys by default on x86.
The only platform left using mmio in mosys is now Rambi, which will go
AUE with M93. The remainder of the MMIO code can be deleted after
that.
