connectivity-diagnostics: remove legacy chrome app This change removes the legacy Connectivity Diagnostics Chrome App that has since been replaced with a native WebUI version. This change is to support removing Chrome Apps by M91. This repository assets contains assets (images, sounds, etc.) that are used in both official and unofficial builds. These files are installed by the common-assets package.
See also the chromiumos-assets repo which has unofficial resources, and the chromeos-assets (internal only) repo which has official resources.
