Add test cases to verify that multiple virtual tables can be updated within a trigger and that xSync, xCommit, and xRollback are never called except following xBegin or xCreate. Ticket #3083. (CVS 5064) FossilOrigin-Name: 76175199ac2fda57e616eb386ba0bad6aa9f74b4
